Welcome to Yew Tree Cottage (comfortably sleeps 4)

A holiday cottage in Fenny Bentley, Derbyshire

Yew Tree Cottage is an attractive, detached stone cottage in the Peak District National Park.
Situated in the picturesque village of Fenny Bentley, our cottage has been refurbished to an extremely high standard by local craftsmen - awarded four stars by Visit Britain

There is a small traditional cottage garden to the front and side of the house and patio area at the back. Just a short walk away is the excellent Coach and Horses Inn - a welcoming family run pub.

The cottage is in an area of beautiful Derbyshire Dales countryside and easy to find at just three miles north of the delightful market town of Ashbourne (famous for its Shrovetide football).
There is also a good choice of restaurants and pubs within a short drive from the cottage.

Surrounding Countryside

The Tissington Trail, ideal for walking and cycling, is only half a mile away and beautiful Dovedale is only a 45 minute walk across fields. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Carsington Water and Alton Towers are all a short drive away, as are the beautiful towns of  Bakewell and Buxton. Only slightly further afield is the Uttoxeter racecourse and the National Arboretum near Burton-on -Trent
